Where it all Started
On March 11, 2013, LucasFilm Animation announced the end of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars tv show on StarWars.com. Their announcement stated that " LucasFilm has decided to pursue a new direction in animated programming," that "we feel the time has come to wind down the series," and that "fans can soon find this bonus content."
It is now been three years since the cancellation of the Clone Wars, and now more than ever, it’s time to finish the Clone Wars. After doing hours of research, we have found a myriad of points and data that gives reason for Disney to reimburse and complete the Clone Wars.
FinishTheCloneWars is a website that aims to collect and unite all fans of Star Wars the Clone Wars into direct harmony while also providing sufficient data to take to Disney and the current crew of Star Wars Rebels. We have observed through other websites and groups that petitioning isn’t enough, there needs to be data and reason in finishing the Clone Wars. We believe that the data we have collected is conclusive and a tangible facet that we can take to Disney and give purpose to truly finishing the Clone Wars.

Mission Statement
To inform our followers with the best reasons and data on why the Clone Wars should be continued as well preserving the admired reputation that the Star Wars Franchise has attained since it’s creation in 1977 through a convenient website that can enhance and grow as a Star Wars community . With this said our goal, here at Finish The Clone Wars, is to get the conclusion of The Clone Wars in final animation format-- as it was originally intended -- from Disney.
Our Propisition
The Clone Wars is actually an extension of Star Wars Rebels. Both stories compliment each other with reoccurring characters, memories with the conventional foreshadow and flashback in each series. Both series are needed to tell the greater tale of “The Fall of the Jedi to the Rise of the Empire”. Clone Wars was doing an excellent job, and filling the gap between the Clone Wars to Rebels would ultimately benefit the character and story development of Star Wars Rebels.
Our Promise
Since the cancellation of the Clone Wars, there have been multiple groups and fan bases dedicated to saving the Clone Wars. We have both observed campaigns fail due to lack of reasoning for their cause and lack of leadership. At FinishTheCloneWars we promise to give the best information to our followers to take to Disney and Lucasfilm while also being proactive in the community.
